Are you curious about how gender bias affects the job search?

Are you looking to make STEM more inclusive?

Join us on Friday, February 2 for the 2nd annual Equity in the Job Search Symposium!

Through panels and hands-on workshops, we will provide (1) practical tips for navigating the academic and non-academic job search and (2) strategies for advancing gender equity throughout this process. The morning sessions are open to the entire Yale community. The afternoon workshops, which require advance registration, are targeted toward upper-year graduate students and postdocs of all genders. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
